Step 12: Let?s smooth the transition of our slow motion effect. In the Timeline click the Graph Editor icon to display the speed graph of the layer.
What? Can?t see it yet? That is because we haven?t selected anything to display in the graph.

With your video layer selected, press the U key to display all the keyframes for the layer. Since we have only set keyframes for the Speed property of the Timewarp effect, that is all that will appear. Highlight the Speed property and you?ll see your lovely speed graph.

Step 13: Click on the middle keyframe to select it, then click on the Easy Ease icon at the bottom of the Graph.

This is a great way to quickly turn adjust keyframes without having to use the Keyframe Assistants menu method.
Step 14: Repeat the procedure with the beginning and ending keyframes.

If you like, you can adjust the Bezier handles of the speed graph to fine tune the look of your slow motion effect.
Now here is what is great about the Graph Editor. Suppose you want to slow the speed down to 10% instead of 30. Simply grab the middle keyframe and pull it down in the Timeline until it hits the 10% mark.

NOTE: You may need to adjust your work area to compensate for the duration change of your video clip.
Step 15: Finally, let?s remove the strobing effect. In the Effect Controls Panel, twirl down the Motion Blur property and turn on the Enable Motion Blur option. If you are not getting the results you desire, change the Shutter Control to Manual, then increase the Shutter Angle and the number of Shutter Samples.

Make another RAM Preview to view your results.
For a quick and dirty speed change effect, Timewarp does a very nice job. With further tweaking and exploration of the various features, you?ll be doing the timewarp anytime.
